Early Care & Education Pathways to Success (ECEPTS) is a California-based Sector Intermediary and Apprenticeship Sponsor. Since 2019, ECEPTS has launched 21 apprenticeship programs in 11 counties, and engaged more than 325 workers, of whom 96% are female and 90% are people of color.
