Christian Martin, M.A., is a mission-driven, strategic, and creative business operations leader with more than a decade of experience working with education, sports and technology sectors. Christian has worked with startup organizations ranging from 1-10 employees to 50+ employees and more than $10M in annual revenue. Prior to joining the ECEPTS team as Operations Director, he was VP of Operations with HeyTutor Inc., where he scaled the organization’s nationwide tutoring programs by 10x following the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic. Christian holds a master’s degree in Sports Management from the University of San Francisco and a bachelor’s degree in International Business from the University of San Diego. He is also a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute and certified Humane Technologist from the Center of Humane Technology.
